Our Services

 Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Massachusetts and Rhode Island (PLAN of MA and RI) is a non-profit organization based in Newton Centre, Massachusetts that provides planning and trust management services to disabled individuals throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island through the administration of two special needs pooled trusts.

Trust funds are managed by Cambridge Appleton Trust located in Boston, Massachusetts. Cambridge Appleton Trust, along with PLAN of Massachusetts and Rhode Island Directors and Board Officers, reviews each beneficiary account annually to determine suitable asset allocations and makes adjustments when warranted. Sound judgment is used to ensure that trust funds are made available to sustain the beneficiary’s supplemental needs for as long as possible.

In addition, PLAN of MA and RI provides comprehensive social service coordination through the work of highly experienced and dedicated licensed social workers who become the beneficiary’s primary contact. The Service Coordinators get to know both the individual and his or her needs, and work diligently to make certain that each and every beneficiary’s needs are being properly met.
